 Love the sandbox, wish it had latches September 5, 2010

My 2 year old loves playing in the sandbox and it seems to hold up well. It was big enough for 3 little kids to play in it at one time. No bugs or water in it so far even with heavy storms. I was worried about the lid possibly blowing off so we put a rope around it (before we filled it with sand). We tie that to keep the cover on both from the wind and from my son, when we don't want him in it. It would be better if the cover had a hinge and a latch but it's very good the way it is.

I bought this toy for my 2 year old grandson. He loves his "beach". The cover keeps the sand clean and overall the size is just right for little ones. It is shaded by the house and fun in the early and late evening hours. The toy goes well with the outside decor of the house. I highly recommend this sandbox.

We have had this sandbox for a couple of months already and are happy with it. The lid is great for keeping the sand clean and withstands strong winds. The box can hold a lot of toys, including balls.

I am very pleased with this sandbox. It is sturdy, sized great for even kindergarten children and the lid stays on, just like the other reviews have said. It is nice looking too. I placed it under the slide of our swingset for the grandkids. That helps to shade it some because in the direct sun, that sand gets very hot, so be careful to check before putting your little ones in.
