My 2 year old doesnt have much interest in Chuck. He plays with him occassionally but becomes annoyed with him when he starts to roll away to deliver his load. Chuck is also loud, and he constantly introduces hisself "Hi I'm Chuck. I'm a dump truck." (Very annoying after having him for 6+ months). If I turn Chuck on, my son takes him and turns him back off before playing with him. So needless to say I could have bought him a 9.99 dump truck.

My 2yr old grandson and my 5 year old grandson both loved it. They played with it for quite a while. It responds more to any noise or clapping better than just saying it's name. I bought this for the 2 yr old birthday. It is a good size, perfect for little hands.

What great fun for my 2-yr old grandson. This truck is durable and great just as a truck to play with. The best part, though, is the voice-activated talking response! It even turns itself off with a "good bye" if it hasn't been played with in awhile. The look of delight on the little one's face when the truck responded to him was priceless.

I purchased Chuck my Talking Truck for my one year old grandson "Donnie" for his February 24, 2010 birthday. He loves Chuck that is his favorite toy. It makes me feel good to see that grandmommie picked the best toy. To him he don't know who gave it to him, but to watch the joy as he gets on the floor and play with Chuck makes me the proudest grandmother. Oh yea, the gift was from grandmommie and granddad.
I highly recommend that you purchase the truck for your son, grandson, nephew, cousin, godson, or for any little boy from 1-4 years old. I visited my cousin in Gordonville, VA this week and her son(3 years old) had Chuck and she said "of all the toys he enjoys chuck the most." Don't hesitate on this toy--get it today! The battery life is good.
