My daughter is 4 and very into face painting and dress up and she absolutely loves this set. I think she would use it everyday if she could. I am mindful of the toxicity potential in such forms of entertainment but because this is water soluble I felt it was safer and she does not use it everyday. She loves it, her friends love it. Comes with enough colors and plenty of each color plus sponge and brush for application. We also gave a set to a friend as a birthday gift.

This kit includes everything you need to paint at least 50 faces and comes with an excellent booklet filled with design ideas and step-by-step instructions! The paints are ready to use by simply adding a little water to the brush and sponge. The fact they are water based makes them really easy to remove at the end of the day. No need to scrub like with wax-based face paints! I like the fact the colors are hypo allergenic and FDA compliant.

This kit was great for a fair we had at our school. I had some artists that were in the art class create different designs on people's faces. It was a big hit!
